1rst word that comes to your mind: humor
I met Éric while still being in the Berri-Uqam metro. I was looking around for a way to get to the underground shops without having to go outside or take the metro and while I was going around the metro entrance, he handed me a flyer about a strike the National Library was having. So I wondered what it was about and instead of reading it, I asked him to explain to me. Their collective agreement has been overdue for the past year and 1/2 and the bosses are taking all their time to renew it and don’t want to give some of the main point the employees want, namely to have the possibility to have a more flexible work schedule in order to spend more time with family on the weekend instead of working “all Saturdays” for example. So he told me they were on strike and offered limited services in the library. I asked him for a fun story to share and he told me he had a joke instead and I thought it was a great idea. Since he is a Séraphade Jew and proud of it, he asked if it could be a religious joke so of course I agreed, since I’ve never heard one!
Tell me the 1rst FUN anecdote or story that comes to your mind and that happened to you lately: One of his friend is also a Séraphade Jew, so he was talking to him about work and said “you know, work is sacred, right?” His friend answered “yes, of course!”, so he replied “well, you know, I’m Jews so everything that is sacred, I don’t touch!”.
