Go to www.facebook.com and Sign in.
Click on the “COG WHEEL“ and select your business page in the “Use Facebook as…” part.
Click on the “ADS MANAGER” button.
You’ll be asked to use your personal account in order to continue. Do so.
Click on the “SETTINGS” tab on the left.
You might be asked to enter your password again in order to continue: do so.
VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure that your “ACCOUNT NAME” and “BUSINESS NAME” fields are properly completed. If you fail to do so, the company that will advertise you will only see your account ID and won’t know if it’s you.
Then, scroll down until your reach the “PERMISSIONS” tab. Click “+ADD A USER”.
Enter the NAME or EMAIL address that the person use to log in facebook. DO NOT CLICK THE NAME. Using your KEYBOARD ARROWS, select the proper user from the list and hit the TAB KEY on the keyboard. Click the “SUBMIT” button.
When a person is correctly selected, it should look like this:
You’re DONE! Double check to make sure the person has been added and that he has the PROPER PERMISSION LEVELS.
