January Report & Milestones – THE 50 000 REPS EPIC BODY CHALLENGE

Here is my JANUARY REPORT for the 50 000 REPS EPIC BODY CHALLENGE. Since I started late, it was indeed epic to do so many reps in such a little amount of time. The hardest things to do where the 500 staircases & the 600 burpees I did.

MILESTONE #1

Have done at least 500 reps of each item + 40 km run + 200 min yoga

  • Hold a perfect, as high as possible (no turtle neck) cobra pose for 1 minute
  • Film one training of each item (to see my monthly progress), for my final report in 12 months
